In this exposure there were a total of 175 farmers participated, including 160 men and 15 women from the tribal areas of Dhanora block. Many of them were curious to know how an FPC actually works and what responsibilities directors and promoters carry in its functioning. As per WOTR representative, the first time this group had practically seen how a farmer-owned company can run such a systematic and transparent goat business. Several participants shared that they felt motivated to strengthen goat-rearing groups in their own villages and try similar practices.
